Mystery Solved!

Finally I have a picture of the culprits who have been eating the cat food! Yes my friends these are the two little thieves who have been feasting on Science Diet every night and I suspect are living under my house! They didn't seem overly surprised when I came out and took their picture, they never missed a beat. When they were finished they sauntered past me and down the stairs in a very offhand and snobbish way as if to say  "the service at this restaurant leaves something to be desired Madam!" Oh well I am sure I wasn't going to be in the next edition of Zagat's anyway!

  1. Well, why don't you invite them on in?

2 little skunk kitties may mean a (litter?) of mini skunk kitties...just sayin....haha

  2. Ok, that is just too scary. They are cute tho. Did you tell them to keep their spray to themselves!! HA! Good luck with your new found friends, I can't wait to see what happens next, Char

  3. Love skunks! They are so self assured. I don't know if I would like them under my house, however. That's just a little too close for comfort. Lovely blog that you have here. I have been blog surfing this morning (it's a lazy day, too hot to do anything that requires energy) and I'm glad that I found it.

  4. I can't believe they let you get that close for a picture - without letting loose! Cute little critters though! :-)

  5. Oh, goodness! What surprising guests! Hope you have a great holiday weekend. Thanks always for visiting Brynwood, Tina. Love reading your comments. ;-)

  6. I surely hope they didn't leave their signature scent behind!

  7. And they never left their Calling Cards.. Lucky!!

    but so cute!!

  8. OH NO are you kidding me. Wow I would die if I saw this on my porch eating the cat food.
Makes me wonder what does go on my porch when I am sleeping.

  9. They are so cute!!! you will have to add some more food there!!! jajaja!!!

p.s. and yes, you were right, Blanca, the mother of those 11 puppies is really fed up!!

  10. Hi Tina,

Oh my goodness - the skunks are just adorable. How nice that you welcomed them to your home with food.
You asked about the name of a flower at Roger's Gardens - I belive that it is called Gaillardi - or Blanket Flower. It is a very hardy flower and grows well in many areas.
    Have a lovely week.

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave a comment, it truly makes my day to read your thoughtful remarks!
